See video or read this, or both! But the info is mostly repetitive. Anywhoo, It's a smart and sturdy organizer. Best to store this at eye level so you can easily see what's in the drawers. I personally would prefer the acrylic transparent drawers over these because you can see through better. But on the other hand the acrylic drawers can crack more easily than these. And you can actually see through these slightly cloudy drawers just fine. This definitely would have been more expensive with the acrylic drawers. And people really should take price into account when rating products. So for the price, these are great! Reviewers need to stop saying the DIVIDERS / SEPARATORS are not included because they are! They are in break-away form as part of the backing of the case. SEE VIDEO. The plastic case seems sturdy enough. But I think it would have been wise for them to add a back middle bottom to top support. Because if you do actually remove all the dividers then it seems it may weaken the top middle of the case. But this is only speculation. As I said, the case is fairly sturdy plastic, so perhaps there would be no problem. If break-aways are removed from the back it may seem like the drawers could go all the way through and out the back. But not so, because there are stop tabs inside the top lip opening of every drawer. But you don't want to be tipping this backwards because stuff may fall out the back. So just don't tip it backwards and all should be well.
