I have two bulging disks in my back that have been pinching a nerve every so often. I came to find out that driving in my car has a huge source of my back triggering this pinch and causing crazy pain. I've looked for ways to relieve pain and this sucker has made all my driving completely painless for over a year now. You wouldn't think a simple cushion would offer so much but it works! I recommend this to everyone, especially if you have a bad back.
