Item arrived quickly and looks like a very nice bag. Smaller than I thought it would be from the pictures, but holds all that my son needs and more. He is a college student and the bag he was using started coming apart after being in the family over thirty years. This product looks like it will last just as long, but time will tell if it will last and if it will hold up to the wear and tear of a college student. The personal note is a nice touch. If I had to be picky at all, there are two suggestions on the letter. Add something on one side that says "See other side for care instructions" and on the other side something that says "see other side for welcome note" or something like that. I almost threw it away and then saw the care instructions on the back. One other thing is that there were 1-2 characters cut off or very faded on right side of the letter on the care instruction side. I can make it out, but if you are taking the time to do a personal letter, I would think that you would want it to be high quality to match your product. Like I said, it's picky and not enough to warrant less than 5 stars.
