I usually use crest whitening strips, but was finding that the strips were making my teeth really sensitive. So I searched for a different whitening product and landed on this one here. Based on other reviews, I felt confident that this was going to give me the results I wanted without the sensitivity. I used the product for three days now. Day one I added the gel to the mouth guard per the instructions that came with the product and kept it in for ten minutes. Nice bonus...the light on the mouth guard will shut off once the 10 minutes is complete. After the first use, I noticed white spots on my front teeth. The spots started to fade by night. The second day, I decided to use the little brush that came in the kit to apply the gel directly to my teeth instead of putting it in the mouth guard. The results after using the light for 10 minutes were noticeable. Third day, I decided to paint the product again and I was extremely happy with the results. I think I'll use one more treatment, then stop for awhile until needed again (I love coffee and red wine). Oh and NO SENSITIVITY (so happy to report that)!
