Washed and dried with no noticeably pilling or residual lint. The texture is amazing, and the blanket is lightweight enough that my hand is visible behind it when held to the window. It's just enough to keep me warm with the AC on, and just enought weight to make me feel secure. Love this blanket and will likely order another. Perfect blanket for summer and warmer climates.
