This is a simple product and deserves a simple review. This is an Amazon Basics product, which means it's made in China for anyone who wants to resell it, and it has an Amazon logo slapped on the box. That may matter to you, it may not, but Amazon don't attempt to hide this fact with fancy packaging. As with most cheap cat trees, it's made of pieces of wood wrapped in carpet. The one at the top is a crow's nest, the other two levels are flat, square platforms. the poles are wrapped in the same material as scratching posts. It's by no means attractive, but at least this version is both compact enough to not take over the room, yet tall enough to satisfy cats who like to climb. It took less than 15 minutes to put together. No tools are required. Once assembled, it's solid (and one of my cats weighs 16 lbs, so he tests it). Of course, the biggest question is, do cats like it? Just take a look at the attached photos. All three cats use it regularly, sometimes simultaneously. One of them doesn't usually hang out on the living room, but he does now. I call that a success!
