If you are looking for comfortable panties that do not ride up or bind, these fit the bill. I am a senior and not very active anymore, so I spend a lot of time sitting. Binding at the legs has become an annoying problem. I have tried several other styles/brands of panties, including little boy shorts (that end up hanging down too low, so only good for sleeping). I am surprised these fit so well, since they are made in China, and Chinese women don't seem to have the pear-shapes we Americans often do. I carry the largest part of my weight in my hips and buttocks, hence need panties that don't ride up in the behind. These fit all my bulges, are high enough at the waist back not to expose areas I don't want exposed, and low enough in the front waist to fit smoothly. In fact the elastic/stretch is so subtle, the mid-rise seam does not add another roll to what I already have going on! All in all these are very comfortable to wear. Interestingly enough the front leg seams are slightly elevated, though by no means French cut, which contributes to the non-binding effect, I think. They are not as smooth as nylon to pull pants over, but certainly better than cotton. All in all I will definitely buy more of these. Side note: the crotch area is half of what most USA made panties cover--in other words, the crotch starts half way back of one's anatomy. Very strange, but if one wears a panty liner, it is a non-issue.
