I recently got out of a rehabilitation hospital after a bad motorcycle accident and I needed an ice pack that would cover my entire lower leg which this does. The cover that comes with the ice pack makes it very easy to slip the ice pack into it with it’s Velcro opening. The straps allow the ice pack to stay on without me having to hold it-great convenience. It is pliable allowing me to easily mold it around my leg. It stays cold the entire 25 minutes I keep it on. And it is COLD! - Even when placing a small towel between my leg and the mesh side of the cover. It freezes very quickly when placed in the freezer. Much quicker than other ice packs I have owned. I have other ice packs but none compare to this. I can not recommend this Coldest Ice Pack enough! I would definitely order from them again.
