** EDIT 2/1/17 ** After leaving my initial review, I was contacted by epare customer service. They apologized for the damaged product I received and sent me out a replacement immediately. The replacement arrived quickly. The replacement was a boxed product vs. the original one I received which was simply wrapped in plastic. I am not sure if this is a newer batch of the product, but thought I should mention that. I can say that the replacement grinder is exactly what I knew the product could be. The grinder is great! I would not hesitate to buy another for myself or as a gift. I do not see a better option for the price, and one could expect to pay more for the features that you get. This is a 5 star product, and comes with 5 star customer service. I have changed my rating to 4 stars, and only took the last star away for what seems to be a flaw in the adhesive on the original one. Original review: I bought this grinder for my wife as a gift. The grinder has a very nice appearance, the LED is a nice touch, the ability to change the coarseness of the grind is nice, the storage cap in s a great addition, but... the cheap adhesive used to glue the stainless exterior to the plastic locking sleeve is a significant weak point. Out of the package, the stainless sleeve slid right away from the body. I wanted to pack it up and send it back, but my wife was excited to use it. Since then we have had to hold the grinder near the base with one hand, and push the button on top with the other. Pretty disappointing for a grinder that should be usable with one hand. Even though the grinder is attractive, and the features are nice, I would not recommend buying one of these. After looking through the reviews I see that this is a common failure, and I wish I would have spent more time researching this grinder.
