After going to the doctor with horrible symptoms I found out my issue was low Vitamin D. So I’ve been in the hunt for some good vitamin D Supplements and that’s when I came across this. I don’t enjoy taking pills so I thought I’d give this a try as it’s much easier to swallow a liquid over a solid easy. I just drop 4 drops in daily to get my dosage for the day and I’m on with my day! It definitely makes it much easier with the slight flavoring as well so you don’t feel like your just drinking oil lol. Definitely recommend for those who hate pills. The only reason I kind of gave it 4 stars is because it in dirty packaging with no type of safety indication to if it has been tampered with either. That’s definitely a must with what going on now.
