As someone who was close to 400 in October 2012, and is now sitting at 304. Yeah this stuff works. While it is not the little wonder drug everyone wants, it AIDES in helping you lose weight. The drink, when followed properly by the directions on the box, is there to aide in weight loss, not be the weight loss. My formula is as follows Wake up, mix drink consume. (430 or 5am) Also consume one a day vitamins, potassium gluconate, and Fish Oil tablets Bowl of Raisin Bran or Honey Nut Cheerios 30 minutes after consuming drink. 5am or 530 am Consume 2nd drink 30 minutes before lunch. about 1030- 11am) Lunch is either Turkey Club (adding lite mayo and onions)or a wrap (Ham Turkey whatever) Diet Mt Dew and one bag of dorito's (I don't even consume whole bag) lunch is 1130-1145 am 3rd Drink around 330 mixed and consumed on my drive home from work Dinner (when I do eat dinner) is Other cereal (Special K, Cheerios, sometimes Tuna & crackers or one bowl of campbells soup. My daily caloric intake is between 1300-1700 calories a day. To maintain my current weight I would need to eat 3800 calories a day. Do I have a cheat day, yes once a week and even I limit that to no more than 2500 calories the whole day, but being a detoxified my system of grease by about 90%, I found my first cheat day in 20013 (April 22nd) didn't go very well as I had a cheeseburger and was sick the rest of the day. You cannot consume hydroxy cut and continue woofing down cheeseburgers and pizza 24/7. For the first few days on HC you will probably not want to eat all all, it is a very strong appetite supressant. After the first week you will slowly begin to consume more food, this is where you have to have a measure of control. My lunc has been a consistent Turkey club 7 days a week, and when asked how I can continue to consume the same meal everyday I simply looked at the server and said it is not about taste any more. I just consume it for fuel. I don't focus on the taste at all. This takes a lot of control but it works. Could I have done it without Hydroxy Cut... probably, but I doubt i would have stayed with it? Probably not The product has a great taste, and is a great energy booster too. BEWARNED if you have High Blood Pressue or heart problems. Consult your doctor. I have these issue but I told the doc to go to hell and did it anyway. Now my BP is under better control than the medication was ever giving. My plan I laid out is not me giving medical advice.
