The first 3 months of purchasing we absolutely felt we had made a great purchase. Then, all of a sudden we experienced hesitation in the operation of the vacuum in that it would come on and off while vacuuming. We contacted Nesquare and exchanged emails and a new part was sent without issue. Once installed, the vacuum still did not function as it did in those first three months. Without hesitation, Nesquare sent out a completely new unit which we have been using now for several months without issue. We feel both the vacuum and the customer service we received were excellent. There was never any hesitation on the part of Nesquare to resolve our issue to our satisfaction. Communication was excellent, customer service was top notch, and we feel we got a product that we are completely satisfied with. This is surely a company that cares about its products and the people who purchase them and will go the extra mile to make you a satisfied customer.
