As i can get very ocd about these things, with my 7 inch tablet, I compared 4 types of cases, returned three,and kept this one for both my 7 inch in red,and 8.9 in blue. The others were either too heavy, awkward, or flimsy. I like that you can detach it from the stand for bed or lap reading if you want to, and there's no added weight, all the ports are clear and plenty of "grippage" to keep it from slipping. The stand is nice and solid and protects the screen well when shut. The muted colors are pleasant. The price is right. The auto sleep/wake function is nice. I'm very picky so if i like it, it has to be good.
