YES!!!! yes, yes, and yes!!! Love this product!! If you are researching reviews, and trying to decide what cooler is best.... search no more! My leg was literally getting a burn, from my laptop. I was getting so hot, and so sweaty, when using my computer, on my lap or especially in bed. Had previously purchased a much inferior product from a brick and mortar... it was crap. Was concerned about purchasing another cooler (especially online) where I could not touch and see the item. I took a chance, and I am so glad I did!!! I can't say enough good, about this cooler!!! I just love it. First thing my husband said, when I unboxed it.... "that many fans, it will be too loud, you'll never hear over it". Wrong!! It is super quiet!! The blue lights are so cool (pun intended). My leg isn't hot, warm or burning. I am no longer sweaty. My computer is even running better. The little legs keep the laptop in position, at angles. It is sturdy. Very well constructed. Very good quality. Even the USB is very high quality. Would highly, highly, highly recommend this product. Great value.
