I'm 160Lb and 5'4" (not in the best shape of my life) and ordered a medium. While it's a little more snug than I expected it's actually not terrible looking. If you want it little looser I would say order a size up but if you would like it to "fit" order your true size. I could probably order one size up for days when I'm feeling self conscious. The material is slightly sheer so make sure you plan undergarments accordingly. ☺️
