I've had the brown bag since July and it is holding up great. Mine doesn't quite match the brown on the website (in a good way) it's a muted, faded color. It has one zippered compartment on the front of the outer flap, one on the back of the purse and one inside-3 in all. There are 3 open topped pockets- 2 on the inside and one under the flap. The outer flap is held closed by Velcro. The strap is attached securely and is fully adjustable. I wear it cross body, but sometimes shorten it up enough to wear as a hip pack when we are taking a long walk. The best feature is it's expandable using a zipper around the perimeter which about doubles the volume. I bought the green bag a few months ago and personally I like the brown color much better.
