I got this for my office chair at wok. The company refuses to get us new chairs that have even close to adequate back support & this helped a lot. My chair usually leans back and can't be stabilized to sit upright much, this back support has been helping me stay upright and I feel like I'm sitting up correctly. I'm so glad I bought this! Also, it comes with two extra strap parts so you can extend the reach of the straps around the chair if it doesn't fit with what is already provided and the straps are adjustable :) UPDATE: it’s 2020 I’m at a different job and still using this same backrest and it has not changed at all in firmness. I’m still pleased
