For a powdered heavy cream, I was pleasantly surprised at the great taste, quality and versatility of this product, and I will definitely be ordering it again. But I think the instructions need to be changed; instead of instructing to mix in a blender, I had much better results when I stirred (NOT blended) in a container with lukewarm water. When I used my blender to mix/dissolve it, it left a bit of a foamy top, so after chilling, the foam part resulted in tiny little 'bead' like particles both in the cream and all up the sides of the container. But when I stirred it into lukewarm water, it dissolved very well, stayed very smooth and creamy, and was even thicker and more creamy after being chilled overnight. I also tried putting it in a jar and shaking it to dissolve, but that resulted in the same 'beads' that using a blender did. So I'm going to stick with stirring it, and highly recommend others doing so, too.
