Update: customer service reached out and offered to refund money. After checking more reviews, I realized the tape is attached and has a thin double side so I didn’t see it initially. Product is really great and works really well, sturdy, etc. Would be perfect if it could respond to Alexa but for $30 you really can’t beat it. Product works well and responds to the controller but it didn’t come with adhesive so it’s useless at this point. Upset about that, especially since they advertised the red 3M tape so heavily.
