Works very well. Easy to use with one hand. The plate is heavy enough to hold wipes down while pulling out the top wipe. Sometimes you get that annoyance where the wipe you’re pulling doesn’t pull up the next wipe, so you have to work a little harder to peel up the next one. Doing that with one hand can be tricky but still possible, and the weighted plate may lift up a bit, but I’ve never had it fall out on me. Also has a good seal on the lid that keeps wipes moist; haven’t had any dry out.
