This ain't no yam sham!
I've only been using this about three weeks, but I'm already seeing some results. Without making any changes to my diet or exercise, my belly has slimmed down considerably. I couldn't believe how much of a change it's made in such a short interval, but when you put on old jeans again, you become a believer. I actually didn't get this expecting weight loss, I was just hoping to balance out some of my hypothyroid-like symptoms, especially diffuse thinning of my hair (I'm on a deadline here before it becomes noticeable to anyone but me!) and I will keep monitoring the amount of hair fall over the months and let you guys know. One more unexpected benefit-- libido. I won't TMI you guys, but wow haha. Definitely an added perk!
A little research online brings up some specific pointers: apply this stuff over thin, very vascular skin -- think of the places you blush -- and make sure you rotate application sites to ensure you're absorbing the full dose. I'm not sure if "dermal fatigue" is a real thing or not, but I don't want to waste this and have been switching applications between my neck, chest, inner arms, and face. Happy to report this stuff goes on smoothly and has a pleasant, almost undetectable scent, and it DOES NOT break out my face, for which I'm very thankful. It's not greasy, it goes on like regular hand lotion and each pump delivers a uniform amount of product - 20 mg. I've been using 40 mg per day, first thing in the morning after a shower, and again just before bed. Try to be consistent and patient; hormone balance is more like a game of Monopoly than Cards Against Humanity. ;) Good luck to everyone who is hoping for some relief!
Hair update January 2018: This product did a lot for me, but not my hair issues. Happy to report that the loss has stabilized, and there is regrowth, but all the hair strands coming back are thinner in diameter than the old ones. I attribute the positive change to an improved diet and supplementing fish oil, iron, and powdered collagen. Depending on the *root* cause (wamp wamp), this might help someone whose hair loss is from hormonal imbalance.
