This is a great epoxy
This stuff isn't a miracle and I wouldn't use it to "weld" my engine block. But I think it's just about the best epoxy ever. It's been my go-to epoxy for years - for when I need a really strong bond. It's inexpensive and it's given "added longevity" to many household/garage items that I own. I try to make it a point of always keeping some of this stuff around. It's five stars for sure, but a couple of things to be aware of: 1) this is not "super glue" and it doesn't bond in 30 seconds. It works best when you can stabilize the item and let it rest overnight (even better, for 24 hours). It's worth the wait. 2) It's ugly. When you mix the stuff together and then let it dry, it comes out a rather unattractive dark putty-gray. But you're not buying this stuff to be stylish.... FWIW, if you do need it to look good, you can paint this stuff. I've used Testor's model paint with a small paint brush and it works really well. 3) Be careful when using it - put newspapers or something down. Even when it's "wet", the epoxy is tough to remove. And if it dries, well... have fun. If you get it on your skin or under your fingernails, expect it to stay there for a while. So either use gloves or "don't worry about it". Tubes that have been opened and used can cause some cleanup grief, so putting them in a ziplock bag is a good precaution. Even the unmixed stuff is a pain to clean up. 4) Once you open up the tubes, they do have a "life expectancy" and aren't good FOREVER.
