First of all I sit for hours at a time for work and for personal things and I always complain about my back hurting or bottom hurting. Well once I started sitting on this Memory Foam pad I noticed a difference right away. After a few hours it was still comfortable as well. The Cushion is large, fits my entire chair seat which is great considering I have a large bottom lol. I am happy it works and is large enough for all of me!! I had to readjust my office chair because it added a little too much height but that's not a big deal it's a good thing there is a lot of cushion. The cushion also has a zipper on back so the cover can be removed and washed.
