After ordering the KM18 without the on/off switch, Nulaxy offered to ship me the newer model that would resolve my initial issues. This new version has the on / off switch I wanted and it works fantastic. It's fast, responsive, and does everything I need it to do. I'm really happy with it and recommend it. Furthermore, the company is highly responsive and professional, taking the time to work with me and address my issues. I've never had a company reach out to me personally to resolve my grievances.The fact that they took the time to do this has me incredibly impressed with how they conduct themselves. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase and only wished that all businesses operated with this degree of professionalism and etiquette.
