The author specifically says in the beginning the the book should be used in the way that best suits you. She even encourages ripping pages out, getting it spiral bound at a copy center, etc. I've decided to make photocopies of the pages I need to put into a 3-ring binder. I LOVE THIS. The problem I've had is that not all the garden books I get have all the information I need or want... this book is letting me create my own binder of information I want to have, in a way that best suits my method of record keeping. I cannot say enough good things about this book. It has pages on weather tracking, individual plant information, a garden diary that is just lined pages, a diy bloom calendar... Seriously, no matter your level of gardening, you can benefit from this book.
