I have mainly used this for cosmetic purposes and here's my feedback: * I use it for my hair. It keeps it in place, shinny-looking without the greasiness or hardness of gels/sprays * I also use it for skin. It moisturizes without greasy feeling, even on face. Great as an after-shave * Bye-bye bad breath. I was using coconut oil to rid of bad breath, this is a good replacement. The taste may require a little getting used to. * I recently used it to cook - very tasty and helps food not to stick on pans. I have attached pictures wearing it as it hair-styling product. I've noticed it has made hair stronger. The other day I pulled with hand and not one single strand came off.
