It just works!
Two years ago I went to the doc for my 30,000 mile checkup, and he told me that the bad liver enzymes were high. He told me to avoid working with hydrocarbons (apparently they have an impact on liver function....who knew?), but since my field of work is intimately involved with hydrocarbons, that probably isn't gonna happen. He then said to retest the following spring, and if they were still elevated, we'd have to 'get serious' to avoid the road to a liver transplant. This spring, we re-did the lab work, and the numbers were off the scale. Doc said to try a supplement with milk thistle, turmeric, and B-complex vitamins to help control those enzymes. He suggested one at the Big Chain Vitamin Store nearby, but it was seldom in stock and the staff were too interested in trying to sell me whey powder. I found this on Amazon and said why not. Been taking 2 caplets a day since March. It's about $20 a month, which was a third the price of the other stuff, so..... Last week I went back for a followup. All the enzyme numbers are within the Normal range. Doc says keep it up. two thumbs up on this stuff.
