Highly, highly recommend!
Finally! I have been struggling with ankle swelling for better part of 8 mths. Tried sugar, salt elimination, less water, excess water, avoiding trigger foods, changed out medications....when everything failed and tried fasting....and still had edema.... I came to the conclusion it was mechanical (my interpretation of physical circulation) and had something to do with work, meaning I swelled during work days and not on weekends when I was active. Turns out, we have the cheapest, oldest and lousiest chairs available to sit on 8 hrs a day which is akin to sitting on hard boards all day long. I saw a video about 'sitting is the new smoking' and had to try my next theory. I used cheap sponge cushion and in one day it seemed to help a little, less swelling. I ordered this wobble cushion and my ankle/foot swelling is down by less than half the same day I started using it. I still have mild swelling in R ankle, but nothing like it was and this is day 2 of using it. Thank you Gaiam! This is an affordable product that helped me with leg circulation and you people should really market it to include situations like mine. I wish I had known about such a thing sooner. So yes, very happy and suggest that people with similar problems like me should try this cushion, it just may help. It does make my back ache slightly, but I recognize this as muscle fatigue of muscles I haven't really used much lately, so I expect that to lessen as back gets stronger--I've had back problems for past 20 yrs and this is not killing my spine, just sayin. Affordable wobble cushion vs extremity swelling and on road to developing dvt's....Yeah, I'll try it for less than $20, any day.
