Super easy to use and to clean! Well worth the $20 to be able to make your own iced coffee. It brews overnight a voila! Iced coffee for your ride into work in the morning. The only thing that I would caution against is the filter is quite large....even if you like strong coffee (stronger the better for me!) Don't completely fill the filter! Go about half way to three quarters of the way for strong coffee lovers, maybe about a quarter to half way of you prefer lighter to medium brew. I followed the instructions and filled the filter completely to the top the first time and the stronger the better queen over here could barely drink it, it was strong so don't fill the filter all the way to the top but other than that, this thing is awesome!
