This supplement is the best I have ever purchased because it gave me my life back! I suffered chronic pain for 9 years everyday level 7 to 9. I have Fibromyalgia. The more I used my muscles the longer they would hurt during the rest of the day/night. This made me avoid doing practically everything because the pain was unrelenting, intense and no over the counter NSAIDS, helped. I went to a nuerologist who prescribed me Lyrica and another one specially to treat it and that didn't take away ANY pain and made me so drowsy I fell asleep sitting straight up without my back against the chair even! I could not function on the prescription drugs for my condition. One particuarly bad, pain filled day I was online grasping at straws to find SOME WAY to help with the horrid pain (Doctors won't prescribe pain killers for it, even though they DO work for it) I read fibro blogs on pain relief and they mentioned condroiton and MSM, I bought this brand, started with 1 capsule a day, it took about 2 1/2 weeks, but the pain was lessened! after a month I increased it to 2 pills, 1 in the am one in the PM and now Most days my pain is GONE!!! I am so mad at traditional doctors and neurologists for not even suggesting I try this!! I suffered for YEARS unnecessarily!!!! IMO it is a travesty we aren't told by our Drs that there are safe over the counter supplements that we can buy at a reasonable cost that do BETTER than the prescriptions which alot of have bad side effects and don't even freakin work! THIS works for me! I had tried everything else, accupuncture, massage, water therapy,prescriptions, advil,and tylenol. I highly reccomend this supplement.
