If I hadn’t been desperate to ease dinner prep (due to a fussy newborn & hyper big brother), I would never have tried this. But it actually works!!! I just love it! It’s super easy to clean, & both set up & take down is fast. (wouldn’t have been much help otherwise!) i’ve been using it for two months now, and the blades are still sharp. Everything runs the dishwasher very durably. Total elapsed time in my video: one minute. The only thing I wish, is that it had one grate slightly larger, for stir fry sized cuts.
