I purchased 2 of these at one time , I send one to my mother who is a 2x’s breast cancer survivor and 2x’s brain tumor, her hair was long and beautiful before the sickness, I also purchased for my home for myself and my teenage son who has acne bad, he also play basketball , I personally bought it to try it to regain back my healthy hair which is a nice length but thin , also as I am 48 my skin has always been decent but spots have been appearing so I want to intake these vitamins to see a difference, I must say for myself since I started taking it 4 -5 days ago its a mango taste not nasty at all and I don’t like mangos , but I do see a difference in my son and I energy and also in our skin is just glowing shoot I am not that dark , more carmel but my tone is even lighting up. I have everyday pains from my neck surgeries and shoulder I am just praying in due time it works wonders for that some days I can’t even move . My mom on the other hand I always try to purchase her something for her hair because she feels it never will come back and the bald spots won’t ever fill but I told her to take it everyday for about a week and see if she see her hair growing and I will come back with a update review for her, this will be the test of times for that . I have read many reviews and the reviews are my reason for the purchase. Its $40 bucks for a bottle but Lord knows its worth it , 5***** is my rate and I’m about middle of my bottle will definitely be purchasing again
