OK. I feel like I need to straighten my back as I type this :) I've tried different ghees (all via Amazon) and I've been pleased but never satisfied. Why did I wait so long to try this?? So, I'm originally from Uganda E.Africa and growing up, we ate mostly organic food. I have fond memories of my mom cooking with ghee and oh the aroma, I can never forget! So imagine my excitement when I discovered 'Ghee' (of all things, on AMAZON!!) I immediately purchased the product in the link posted above and I enjoyed it actually. However it still didn't give me that aroma. I kept buying it anyway because I just couldn't bring myself to spend almost $50 for a jar of Ghee. However, a week ago, I just decided to buckle up and spend the money. Well Well Well.. ladies and gentlemen, THIS is the real deal right here. And it's big! I will buy again, and again. I'm SO HAPPY with my purchase. SUPER healthy and good for you too. You cannot go wrong. As soon as it hit the skillet and aroma begun to rise, (Yummmm) I KNEW IT!! Don't let the price fool you. It's worth it. Totally!
