Ordered this for my 97 year young mother who is only 4’ 9” tall making it difficult to find chairs to fit her size. She has kyphosis (curvature) of upper spine and after a ground level fall several months ago has been having side pain. Despite excellent physical therapy program she continues to have pain. So.......we decided to reassess and looked at her posture and body alignment then purchased this foot rest along with a back support and lap table for reading, TV, games on her tablet, etc. Now that her back and neck are aligned to her personal best she is feeling MUCH better! This foot rest is so comfortable, lightweight and yet firm. It allows good alignment of ankles, knees and hips which enables her to sit up straighter hence better posture and decreased pain. Highly recommend the Everlasting Comfort Office Chair footrest for quality, comfort, ease of use, washable cover and non- slip bottom! It can even be turned upside down when you are in a rocking chair so your feet are still supported while you rock.
