I bought this for $35 last month which was a steal for how well it worked. Please note you can't just dump this and hope for baby Jesus to make your grass better. Here is what I did and now I have the best yard in all of Kentucky. - Dethatch with power rake and rake up into trash - core aerate (rent both for $150) and local place - spread lawn soil or compost on entire yard and rake in with back of rake. - spread this seed stuff and use back of rake to cover - put down milorganite very liberally - hand water twice daily Boom!!! Perfect yard.
