I'm 5'4", 150 lbs, and have post-baby body with a little bit of mama pooch in the belly. I ordered an M. The size chart recommended L, but I wanted a little tighter control and the M's are PERFECT! I'm a little petite and these hit me at my belly button perfectly on my waist line (which is exactly what I wanted). I don't like wearing low rise underwear anymore because I want a little bit of control without the spanx can't breathe feeling. These hold you in just a little bit without being uncomfortable. The material is soft and breathable. They wash and dry in the dryer great and there's no uncomfortable elastic against your skin. It's all soft material everywhere. I have thunder thighs and the leg openings are perfect too. The description talks about double fabric in the "uterus area" or something which I laughed about but what they mean is there is a double layer of fabric all the way up to the waist band. This is what I've been looking for my whole life!! Most underwear's extra layer of fabric in the crotch doesn't go up high enough and doesn't protect anything! The design from these are just what I have been looking for! I bought two packs and regret nothing. I would 1000% buy these again and again.
