I wanted to give it a few days before writing my review, though I've been in love with this since I first put it on my bed. The egg carton texture is a bit odd at first, and it does have something of a smell when you first open it, but 24 hours airing it out got rid of that. It retains heat a bit more than I would prefer, but it's not the manufacturer's fault that it's currently 100 degrees where I live. I have scoliosis and arthritis in my spine, as well as some other health issues, and this has done wonders for my sleep. Before I got this, I couldn't find a comfortable position to sleep in for more than twenty minutes. Now I'm resting better than before. It's thick enough that it doesn't squish down completely under me, even though I'm heavier, and the support is wonderful so far. And my cat won't leave my bed now.
