Update: turns out I made a mistake removing the water restrictor before even trying it out, because I like long showers and it emptied my water heater way too fast. But by the time I realized it, the garbage had already gone out, with the parts I needed to put it back. I contacted the company, and they immediately mailed me the parts I needed, despite all this being my fault. They rock! (Still a great shower head with plenty of pressure with the reatrictor in place) Original review: Since it's crucially important that I write a review on a product that already has 600 reviews, I think I'll make the same points everybody else did. It rocks. It's easy to install. Piece of cake to remove the water saving gizmo if you're so inclined. It looks good. There. I'm sure my review really put 'em over the top. Those other 600 customers were just The throat-clearing stage.
