wow... i've been taking magnesium supplements forever. I've never tried an oil. I have fibromyalgia and I get these painful little nodules under my skin accompanied with pain that shoot all over my body. Just 3-5 sprays of this rubbed into the affected area and I literally felt the nodules disappear, and then the pain relief followed. I didn't notice if it made me sleepy or not since I used it before bed. Worked in less than 5 minutes! will buy this again when I run out. UPDATED: Just wanted to say that I've been using this for muscle spasms (aka: charlie horses) the kind that knot up and get worse and worse and last for 5-10 minutes at a time. I've never found anything that will stop them before, but I have put this spray on the muscle and within a few minutes the cramp will release. One downside to the product, is it makes my skin itch like its irritated. Not red or blotchy or any rash - but just super super itchiness that goes away about 20 minutes after application .
