As with anything electronic you order from sellers on Amazon you wonder is it real or a fake. When compared to the original that came with the phone they seem to be identical except for one thing. They feel the same, the weight is the same the form is the same. The only thing different is the markings on the original seem to be within the plastic where the markings on this one seem to be applied to the plastic. They say exactly the same thing it is just this one has texture and the original does not. The cable is identical to the one I got with my phone. I have a bunch of cables and it does not take much to be different. Wire thickness or the ends. This cable is a good thickness and the ends are good and exact matches to the original. The phone recognizes an adaptive fast charge when plugged in and it does quick charge the phone. So is it real or fake I don't know but it does work as well as the one that came with the phone which is all that matters.
