Wife and I have been on Keto diet which has helped both of us get in great shape. We are always wanting to try new products to help us stay on the keto path, especially snacks and things that would normally be chock full of carbs. These cheese puffs were so delicious, so crispy, so satisfying, I'm so glad we found them!!! Went with the cheddar but will be trying all flavors, they're so amazing. Yes they're expensive but it's something nice to have on hand when you need a snack and don't want to go off the rails and throw yourself off your diet. SO glad we bought and will continue to buy from this brand.
