Bought this because I never have the patience to blow dry my hair. I’m black with super 4c hair and this definitely does the trick. I’m about to dry my hair and lengthen it in about 20 minutes (my hair is also fairly short, but thick). Before I could only blow dry my hair wit the brush attachment that had to be taped on because they would always come off. I also use this for my 3 year old from time to time. She has a thick mixture of 4b/4c hair but mostly 4c. The result I get is the same as if I left her hair hair dry, braid it up for 3 days and take it out to restyle it. So this definitely saves time when I need her hair lengthen immediately for a style.
