I reversed my hypothyroidism. I made several changes at once, so I can't say it was all because of this product, however, I believe it made a huge difference I can tell a difference, when I skip doses. This product was recommended by a physician who teaches reversal of hypothyroidism. I can't find this type of selenium in the stores- even health food stores, so I buy it here, for a great price. Just be sure it doesn't sit in your mailbox, in the hot sun! Amazon will tell you exactly which day you can expect to receive it....I love Amazon!!
