Love this! I used to drive for a living and it really took a toll on my back and certain car seats really do my back in. I love how this allows me to sit straight rather than having my back sunken down like most car seats do. I’ve had it for at least a year now and it has never flattened on me and it also stays put. This really does help my back and allows me to be in better alignment. My only suggestion, is it would be nice if there were some options to have the back raised part raised even higher. Due to how deep some car seats sink down, the raised side of the cushion is sometimes still not enough to bring you back into full alignment. And some car seats I noticed the cushion is too wide for. So maybe some other slimmer options would be nice. But overall this support cushion has been a huge help.
