First off this is my wife's Amazon account that I use. I'm male, 37 years old. I've had digestive issues for the last 15 years that seem to flare up at times. They have never really gone away. I was also diagnosed low thyroid about 5 years ago. I've long suspected the gut issues as the culprit for the hypothyroidism. I've tried other Candida supplements in the past that seemed to do little to nothing. Some were very expensive too. This stuff is amazing! My first dose I took the recommended 2 capsules and it stirred up my guts something fierce! That scared me but didn't want to give up on it. I backed off and took 1 capsule for a week to try to let my body acclimate. I have been taking the full dose now for about 5 days and wow! I take a split dose, my guts seem to handle that better. I can see how some of the reviews talk about stomach upset but with the split dose it seems to minimize that for me. This stuff just seems like it is washing the toxins out of my guts! My bloating has almost disappeared already. I have an increased hunger response, hopefully this means my metabolism is picking up! More energy for sure!
