I'm Speechless!
I have been experiencing high glucose levels for a couple years now. I recently had my A1c checked, and it came back at 8.6...Yikes! My glucose was 287. I knew I had to do something fast. The most obvious was cutting back on sugars and exercising. I also started researching products that were helpful in reducing blood glucose. I was able to find a few products that helped me along with exercise get down to around 208 glucose levels. That's about an 80 point drop but still not good enough. I then added (cassia bark) cinnamon to my regimen which was already a component of a pill I was currently taking. I just thought more would be better. After three weeks It didn't seem to help. My glucose readings were still above the 200 mark. I hit a wall and absolutely could not get my glucose under 200.
Two months later I was ready to concede and start taking the dreaded Metformin pill. However my doctor was willing to give me one last chance. She recommended I try Ceylon cinnamon for a month or two before starting Metformin based on feedback from other clients. So I jumped on Amazon "of course" and looked up ceylon cinnamon and found NutriFlair. I received my order the next day thanks to my Prime membership.
This is where it gets really exciting. I checked my glucose before taking the the pill and it was 207. Because I was so anxious to see if this would have even the slightest affect, I checked my glucose just 45 minutes later. Now keep in mind that my glucose has not been under 200 since I started tracking it eight months ago. The reading just 45 minutes after taking my first ceylon cinnamon pill was 168. I checked it twice to make sure the strip wasn't bad. I have now been taking this supplement twice a day for four days. My last reading was 144. That is UNBELIEVABLE! I can't even describe what I am feeling at this point except that it is somewhere between excitement and relief. I had been told that cassia was the cinnamon needed to reduce blood sugar. Obviously not! I can't get over how fast it started working!
Now this is my result and I realize that everybody is different but I would highly recommend this product to diabetics. And thanks to my doctor for recommending it to me.
