Ok, so I ordered 2. One for me and one for my daughter. We use fans as noise to fall asleep to. I was about to buy a more expensive one, then I saw this. They just arrived yesterday. So I only have one night of use....will update if things change. My daughter is home sick right now, so she wanted hers set to the ocean. It is so easy to use. I'm talking childish easy. And the speaker really kicks out some volume! The only light comes from the on/off button. She loved it. So, I opened mine. I like the white noise sound. Again, the sound really kicks! We are 2 for 2! I had to turn it waaaaaayy down because it was so loud that it would have kept me awake! I found the right volume and it stayed on all night, and I'm loving it! No more fan all night! I have it on the floor so the light from the button is not a factor. Great purchase! I hope it lasts a long time!
