I read the instructions, start to finish before I even began assembly, but was having an incredibly hard time getting this to adjust to my dog’s height. Turns out, this *very* important bit of information is not anywhere in the instructions. It says to “adjust the height” but doesn’t say HOW. When you loosen those tiny little black screws, the ENTIRE THING is adjustable! If you ordered the recommended size, I feel strongly that adjusting these will fix (almost) any sizing issue.
