I just used this shredder and all I can say is it is a "monster" machine and takes massive papers. I got tired before it did. I bought it because of the long run time of 60 minutes. It outranks the other run times shredders. I am a pro at shredding because I have gone through so many. I never heard of this brand but decided to give it a try. It is true to form. Most shredders get stuck if the paper isn't placed in it straight. Not this one it took a stack of papers, even when the papers went in crooked. There are many good features about it.. I like the automatic reverse if there is too much paper, the fan comes on automatically to cool it down while it is working so it doesn't stop on you I also tested it past the 12 sheet limit and it did well. Another great feature is the slot for the papers is wide not thin like other shredders and the microcut is fabulous, you can use it for confetti for parties WooHoo. The waste basket is fairly large so you can shred many papers without having to stop and empty it.
