I was recently dx with PF and my podiatrist recommended this product to me. It arrived quickly and is easy to use. I like the cushion amount on the splint and that it comes with initial guides on length of wearing to ease into using the product. I have not yet used the arch support products included, but have used the massage ball to help relax the tendon. Great product at a great price!
